On this day, exactly one year ago, multiple group winning horse Brown Panther (x Shirocco) - trained by Tom Dascombe and owned by Michael Owens, unfortunately had to be put to rest after a devastating incident in the Irish St. Leger G1 suffering a double fracture of the right hind leg.
